How do I change my subscription delivery date or edit my frequency?
To edit the time interval between shipments, follow this steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to your subscriptions portal by clicking onĀ Manage subscriptions.
3. Click on the subscription (product) you want to edit.
4. Click on theĀ delivery scheduleĀ card and edit your schedule. Example: If you want to receive a box every 2 months, select āevery 2ndā & āmonth.ā
How do I update my subscription payment method?
To update your card and billing address:
1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to your subscriptions portal by clickingĀ Manage subscriptions.
3. Use the main menu at the top and navigate toĀ Billing information.
4. Click on theĀ Send email to updateĀ button and follow the steps in the email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
1. Log into your account.
2. Navigate to your subscriptions portal by clicking onĀ Manage subscriptions.
3. Click on the subscription (product) you want to cancel.
4. Scroll down and click on theĀ Cancel my subscriptionĀ link. Follow the steps on the screen.
